Founded in 1980, primarily as an MEP maintenance company with projects that included the Shindagha Tunnel maintenance contract, Penguin Engineering kept pace with the progress of the UAE, and with the passage of time, our activities have spread to more challenging fields of MEP construction and installation. The invaluable experience that Penguin Engineering earned for itself over the years
held us in good stead with many of the new consulting companies that established themselves in the UAE.

Our success with handling different projects in close coordination with consultants led to us expanding into the Design & Build market. This has enabled us to offer our value-added professional services to many of our existing clients.

Through innovative ideas and designs Penguin has established itself in the demanding Retail market. Having been in this arena for so many years, we now also have a specialised retail fit-out division. At present, this division operates projects in several malls, meeting client requirements that range from MEP design conceptualisation to completion of all MEP works.

From 2000 onwards Penguin Engineering expanded on a large scale to cater to a growing list of clients that needed Penguin to carry out major projects on their behalf. This was the turning point in the company’s history. It heralded a rapid acceleration in our growth that saw us rise up to demanding challenges like providing our MEP services to multi-storey tower blocks, hotels, industrial districts and many others, while effectively catering to our interests in Retail.

At the same time, we also made significant inroads into meeting the MEP requirements of varied sectors ranging from banking and finance to restaurants and catering units.

We offer traditional Sub Contracting services in Engineering as in Design & Build on a complete turnkey basis. Our association with the client and the architect begins right from the concept stage. From there we progress in a thorough
manner with the best inputs at our disposal, to meet the clients complete MEP requirements.
